1. By subscribing to the internet services provided by Infobd24 Systems (hereinafter called “Infobd24”), the subscriber agrees to provide all necessary documents and information to establish their identification, legal status, and business capacity. Infobd24 reserves the right to examine this information and may temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate services if the subscriber provides false information. If there are any changes in the information provided, the subscriber must notify Infobd24 immediately.

2. Both Infobd24 and the subscriber agree to keep any information marked as confidential, unless it is already in the public domain, already available to the receiving party without violating this agreement, or required by law.

3. Infobd24 holds the exclusive right and jurisdiction to the title and ownership of any connection and equipment provided to the subscriber.

4. Infobd24 will provide internet services to the subscriber within the agreed timeline. Subscriber will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services needed to connect to, access or otherwise use the services, including, modems, hardware, software, and long-distance or local telephone service.

5. The subscriber agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat or violates export control laws.

6. Infobd24 reserves the right to block access to certain websites, services, or protocols that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to its network, subscribers, or other customers.

7. Infobd24 reserves the right to terminate the service without any prior notice if the subscriber violates any of the terms of this agreement.
